Returns will only be entertained if the parcel is proven to be completely broken (the aluminum wrapper is opened/unsealed) when received from the courier. Mild dents and damage on the external box packaging will not be refunded as they are meant to protect the patches inside the aluminum wrapper.

Only items purchased directly from Old Profession Healthcare Resources Sdn. Bhd. are eligible for a refund. Counterfeit products purchased from other platforms not handled by us will not be entertained.

.The item must be purchased within 14 days from the order received in the Old Profession system.Product usage must be less than 30% of the total amount of patches purchased (1 box = 10 patches). Refunds due to unreasonable excuses are capped at 50% of the purchase price.

Customers must ship the balance of the product back to our office at their own expense for checking to proceed with a refund.

Once the warehouse team receives and checks the item balance from the customer, a refund of up to 50% of the purchase price will be issued within 14 days.
